What's In My Bag.

17 Feb 2014

It's ridiculous how long I've left doing this post seeing as how much I love reading these posts and watching these YouTube videos so it's about time I do it.

The bag I use is this Satchel from ASOS which you can buy here. I'm more of a long strap handbag fan than a bag that you hold on your arm. For me, an on the shoulder bag is a lot more easier to find stuff in, to carry around. It isn't a massive bag which stops wrappers upon wrappers to build up in my bag along with unnecessary bits and bobs that I feel I'd have to through in my bag if it was bigger.

First thing is my purse. I mentioned this in my Weekend Special Haul but it's my ASOS purse (you can buy here)- you can see a pattern forming here; I love ASOS bags and purses! They're always such good quality and are just what I expect! This purse has so many compartments are you will be able to see from the below photos. The one thing I have to say about this purse is that it has so many compartments but it doesn't seem to stretch far enough to fill up all compartments so it is a little silly but for £15, I thought it was a steal!

Of course, following my new years resolution, I carry my Cath Kidston diary and pen with me to make notes of any blog ideas that I have on the go.

I then carry around some hand cream and hand gel. I prefer the Soap and Glory Hand Maid and Hand Food but seeing as I misplaced the hand gel, I've been trying to use up this Carex hand gel which smells gorgeous!

I don't carry much make-up around, mainly because my bag isn't big enough, but also because I don't really need to carry any make-up around with me apart from my lipstick I'd been using that day which is this Revlon Lip Butter along with a lip balm/ butter and I've been using this Soap & Glory (another pattern seems to be forming!) Lip Balm in Juicy Peach.

I will also carry around a small Batiste because it's one handy thing to just carry around with you if you feel your hair needs a refresh.

There's a few things I like to slot into my bag such as a perfume, deodorant or body spray but, sometime, there just isn't the room but I try and get my hands on a travel perfume bottle that is perfect for my hand bag.
Obviously, I will be carrying around my phone and Ipod and the only thing missing from my bag is a good book!

Hope you enjoyed this post! What are some of your handbag must haves?
Hope you're doing great,

  1. I love your bag and purse; scallop edge detail is so pretty. I also love Hand Food and keep a mini one in my bag and I'm also loving my Revlon Lip Butter in Pink Truffle! I like to carry hand wipes in my bag as they are handy to have around for eating in the cinema e.t.c. I'll have to do my own handbag post soon! xxx
