CHILLED DAYS

4 Apr 2018

This term at uni has been a hectic one and it seems like all I do on my blog these days is apologise for not keeping you updated. But, I've decided this time, I'm not going to apologise but instead share with you how I've been spending the last week or so after the term from hell has finished.

Since finishing this term, I've finally had time to just chill a little. I say a little as end of year exams are still a thing and so are assignments. While still trying my best to stay on top of my work, I've been making sure to have some me time. That includes binge watching Netflix shows as usual (Queer Eye was my binge-watch of choice) as well as tucking into Easter chocolate.

No chilled day is complete without a comfy jumper and, thanks to Tobi, I have the perfect oversized jumper. This Deep End Distressed Jumper* has served me well over these cold days and, along with a lovely cup of tea, I can still feel cosy and chilled even when getting some work done.

I've recently been reading Daniel Kahneman's "Thinking Fast and Slow". I definitely don't think it's one for everyone as it was recommended course reading and, while it's a slow-burner, I'm still finding it super interesting. I've been making sure I keep some time a side to read a chapter or two when I can. I find reading for pleasure is something I quickly neglect when I'm busy so having this time to read even a little is great.

How do you spend your chilled days? Any good Netflix shows I'm missing out on?
Hope you're doing great,
Sarah x
